Writing, Posting, Promotion, Image Procurement, and Comment Moderation

Service Provides:

  • 10 Blog Posts Total (5,000 words)
  • 2 to 3 Blogs Posted per Week to your Blog Site
  • 10 Royalty-Free Images (1 image for each blog post) with Unique Descriptions
  • 5 URLs Promoted Using a Variety of Bookmarks, FB, Tweets, and G+

Blog Management Includes the Following:

  • Your blog management package will have a personal blog manager assigned who will format images, bullets, and anchor text links (if needed), mediate blog comments, answer commenting questions and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Half of all blog posts will be promoted – This will look more natural to Google.
  • All writing, editing, posting, promotion, image procurement, tagging, categorizing, etc. is completed by an assigned US based virtual assistant, writer, and editor.
  • Sourcing, purchasing, and posting (royalty free) images that match each blog as well as adding keywords for the image.

Additional Notes:

  • You can monitor the timeline of your project by logging into your project ticket in Basecamp.
  • There will be several teams assigned to your project. All work is created by hand not by automated software.

No. You order blog management each month based on your content and blog needs. We recommend having content written 2 weeks in advance of your posting schedule; however, you have the flexibility to order our blog management as often as needed.
Yes. We have a review process that ensures you’re able to review each blog post and ask for revisions before the editing process. Each blog post is allotted 1 set of revisions (prior to editing) and goes through an approval process.
Yes. We love it when clients send us images for their blog posts. We just ask that you send them prior to us sourcing and purchasing a royalty free image.
No. Pricing is the same whether you send us images or have us select and purchase royalty free images on your behalf.
We assign a US based virtual assistant (VA) to socially bookmark each URL (these could be press releases, articles, videos, blogs, pages on the website, web 2.0 properties etc) to up to 29 various social media sites. With that, our VA writes a unique, custom description based on the URL. This includes bookmark sites such as Facebook, Twitter and G+; furthermore, each of these accounts will be re-bookmarked and “bumped up” up to 500 times per URL. The number varies depending on the campaign.

We don’t collect bookmarking links because we bookmark so many links that would take several hours per URL to track and document. We can however give you the site names of where the bookmarks will be coming from (see list below). There will be a mix and match from these various sites. We try not to keep a pattern so it looks natural normal.
